Those members on the phone tree will soon be receiving a link to a web poll on how they would prefer to submit vacation bids for 2027. This is a poll, not a binding vote, to see which option membership would prefer:
- Use mail-in forms only as done in previous years; or
- Place bids yourself on the UP website with mail-in forms as a backup
- If there’s a conflict between the mail-in form and the bids placed on the website, the mail-in form would take precedence
- Mail-in forms would be optional; if we do not receive one, your vacation bid is determined solely by what you input on the UP website.
